Training Overview:
Join the Nevada Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence (NCEDSV) in our efforts to increase awareness of suicide risk after a sexual assault. This presentation will give attendees a basic understanding of warning signs as well as resources and supportive measures to assist victim-survivors of sexual assault.
Not only is sexual assault an attack on a person’s body but also effects emotional and mental well-being. People who have been sexually assaulted often experience behavioral and emotional issues that could be risk factors for suicide. Learn to support and advocate for survivors through mental health promotion and solutions.
