In order to be truly inclusive and serve all survivors, the importance of gender neutral language is critical. We must expand our language and unlearn gendered discussion of survivors in order to make sure that we are opening our doors to male survivors, trans survivors and gender non-conforming survivors. Changing language is one step towards being truly inclusive in our movement, and this webinar will give concrete tips on how to do that, as well as new terminology.
