Join expert trainer Holly Reese and expand your knowledge on working with LGBTQIA+ community members. Holly will provide an overview of the different identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella as well as LGBTQIA+ culture, and delve deep into the best practices in serving LGBTQIA+ survivors in your community, including the best policies and procedures to have in place in order to protect LGBTQIA+ survivors.
In addition to an expert training, Holly will provide insight through both individual and group activities, and there will be a dedicated portion of time at the end to answer any questions you have. There will be an opportunity to ask questions anonymously through sticky notes.
Program Member: Free
Non-Program Member: $25
You may cancel your training registration until July 31, 2020. If you do not show up to the training, your organization will be charged $25 if you are a program member. If you are non-program member please note that your training fee will not be refunded.
