Since 1981, every October, NCEDSV shares state and national resources to educate communities across Nevada fighting to end domestic violence. Please join us in spreading awareness to those you love and care about to stop abuse before it begins.
More prevalent than most realize, one in four women and one in seven men will experience domestic violence in their lifetimes. Anyone, regardless of gender, race, sexual identity or orientation, or socio-economic status, can become a victim of domestic violence. This year’s campaign theme, #Every1KnowsSome1, highlights how common domestic violence is and that it is more than physical violence.
Throughout October, we will be sharing content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to help raise awareness and educate the public on the complex dynamics of domestic violence. You can do the same!

Throughout October, NNEDV aims to unite our community, encourage open conversations, and create a supportive environment where survivors can find hope and healing. For more information on the #Every1KnowsSome1 campaign, please visit GiveForDV.NNEDV.org.
