Clark County Commissioners William McCurdy, Michael Naft, and Marilyn Kirkpatrick joined SafeNest officials during a ceremony Tuesday morning where the lights around the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign turned purple.

The symbolic gesture was made in solidarity and support for victims and survivors of domestic violence during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
