Toxic relationships can leave deep wounds, but healing begins with clarity and support. In this weekly session, Marcela Lima will guide you through the psychology of trauma bonds, emotional recovery, and the process of rebuilding self-trust. Together, we’ll explore topics like spotting subtle manipulation, setting boundaries that stick, and breaking unhealthy cycles once and for all. Each session offers a safe space to share, reflect, and leave with tools you can put into practice immediately. Whether you’re still untangling yourself from toxic dynamics or focused on creating your next chapter, this space is here to help you step into clarity, empowerment, and freedom.
Session Goals & Outcomes:
✅ Recognize toxic patterns and red flags early.
✅ Learn practical tools to break trauma bonds, set boundaries, and rebuild self-trust.
✅ Find empowerment through shared stories and leave each session feeling stronger and more supported.
