This virtual Self-Care Healing Circle offers advocates serving Indigenous communities a respectful and supportive space to explore self-care and address vicarious trauma. Grounded in traditional Indigenous practices, the Healing Circle uses a talking piece to foster inclusive, uninterrupted dialogue and mutual learning. Participants are encouraged to bring an object to serve as their virtual talking piece, helping to create a meaningful and culturally rooted experience.
We are not an emergency shelter or a crisis hotline. View a statewide directory of shelters, community-based advocacy, and legal assistance programs.
